Once approved, you will need to complete the FREE listing property detail form. After receiving your submitted form, one of our representatives will contact you to finalize the process by completing the state required listing agreement form and related disclosures.

Before continuing you should be ready with the following:
• All details about the property (you will fill in these details on our online form)
• Up to 5 pictures ready for upload (formatted for displaying the way you want)
• At least 1 of those pictures must be of the exterior
• Enough time to complete the process (the # steps typically take about 20 minutes total)
